RETURNS/EXCHANGES No refund or exchanges after 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us via email prior to sending anything back for an exchange. Please include a DETAILED NOTE inside the package, otherwise we will not know what you would like done with your package. We do not cover shipping expenses. Any and all returns/cancelations will result in a 15% restocking fee, no exclusions. If you purchase an item that is not compatible with your automobile, you are still liable for the restocking fee. Customer will be issued an RMA number from E92-Lighting.com for the return or damaged parts. A Return Authorization Number that is issued by E92-Lighting.com is valid for 15 days from the day that it is issued. Items must be sent using a service that is trackable and shows it is in the courier's possession no later than 15 days from the day that the RMA is issued. If your package is sent beyond the 15 day allotted time limit, E92-Lighting.com and E92-Lighting.com suppliers reserve the right to refuse the return. We reserve the right to withhold any refund until defective part has been examined and tested. If the part has been installed, painted, or modified in any way, the customer now owns the part and it is non-returnable. The Customer is reponsible for seeing that the parts purchased are the correct application for the customer's car unless the customer specifically asks for fitment advice. Items sent back without an approved RMA will be refused and all damage claims will be null and void. We are not responsible for any brokerage/customs fees. EXCLUSIONS Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty. E92-Lighting.com will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our product.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us via email as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems before they escalate. The returned product will be inspected by the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or reinstallation will not be covered by this warranty. All claims will be thoroughly considered and you will be contacted promptly with a resolution.

All purchases made on E92-Lighting.com or to any of our staff in person, or by phone or email are Final. Under no conditions will returns be accepted or refunds given.
