PleaseEmail Us only for order status inquiries. Checking your order's status often requires us to make several calls and look up tracking numbers. We cannot look into orders if we are also on the phone with a customer. Once we do receive a tracking number, it is much easier and faster to send it via e-mail instead of listing out very long tracking numbers over the phone.
